For the past 25 years, Megatron has been an integral part of the Drum and Bass scene, gracing stages alongside iconic figures such as Ed Rush, Black Sun Empire, Dylan, Planet of the Drums, Evol Intent, Aphrodite, and Big Bud, among others. Despite the ominous connotations of his name, Megatron's sonic palette defies expectations, seamlessly transitioning from robotic cadences and brooding rhythms to seductive rollers and jungle anthems, catering to a diverse audience.

His journey into music began with a profound love for various genres, culminating in a serendipitous encounter with the Rave scene of the 90s, where he found his niche within Orlando's underground parties, gravitating towards the pulsating beats of Drum and Bass. Armed with his first set of turntables, Megatron coalesced with like-minded individuals to form the Flatlinaz collective, igniting a series of successful ventures from weekly residencies to local events.

Elevating his craft beyond DJing, Megatron delved into music production, crafting his own tracks and remixes to further imprint his unique imprint on the scene. His prowess caught the attention of the esteemed 181bpm crew, expanding his musical arsenal and propelling him to greater heights across the state.

Upon relocating to Jacksonville, Megatron noticed a void in the local Drum and Bass landscape, prompting him to establish the thriving JAXDNB message board, a beacon for enthusiasts seeking to connect with the music. Teaming up with luminaries like Bad Syntax, Megatron cemented his presence within the Revolution crew, securing coveted residencies at esteemed venues like Club 5 and the revered DnB night, Protocol.

In 2009, Megatron co-founded Betamorph Recordings with Deej, championing the burgeoning sounds of Bass music while fostering emerging talents. Beyond his prowess behind the decks, Megatron's influence extends to the visual realm, with his distinctive designs gracing album covers and flyers, ensuring his ubiquitous presence within the scene.
